Setting up Your Account

In order to access CRM3®, we need you to establish an account with us by following the steps below to provide us with the information that will be associated with your account.

  1. Enter your first name in the First Name text field.
  2. Enter your last name in the Last Name text field.
  3. Enter your company affiliation in the Company text field.
  4. Enter your contact phone number in the Phone text field.

Logging In

Selecting the link you received within your Confirmation Email at the time you created your account displays the Login screen, as shown in the following illustration. Follow the steps below to log in to CRM3®.com.

  1. Enter the Email Address you used at the time you created your account in the Login Name text field.
  2. Enter the Password you selected at the time you created your account in the Password text field...

Setup Wizard

If you have logged in to CRM3®.com as a first-time user you will immediately access our Setup Wizard, which will assist you in quickly configuring some basic account settings for your new account. The Setup Wizard is a five-step process and is described on the following pages of the document.

Home

Your Home page is the jumping off point for all of the things you will do with CRM3®. As shown in the illustration below, the system is divided into the following tabs, with each tab containing sub-tabs of functionality:

Contacts

Selecting the Contacts tab on the menu bar displays the Contacts screen, illustrated below, with your Favorite Contacts displayed for easy access. Groups, Add New and Search tabs are provided, allowing you to create Contact Groups, add individual Contacts and search for existing contacts, respectively.

Marketing

CRM3®'s "Marketing" feature allows you to manage your mass conversations with your customized groups of contacts. It's a simple, powerful, and industry-leading technology that lets you go beyond the constraints of other mass email clients by putting you in complete control without adding any confusion to the process. Simply choose the group you want to send to, import your email data (either by copying and pasting HTML code, importing the file, or importing information from a URL), preview and send! Our mass conversation facilitator also lets you automate follow-up emails according to what are proven to be the most important criteria in an email campaign – allowing you to keep the conversation going with no additional maintenance. It is easy to personalize your emails (similar to how you would personalize groups of letters using Microsoft Word's mail merge functions) as well, meaning you can send emails to individual contacts with no extra effort.

Administration

CRM3®â€™s Administration grid helps you easily assign roles to your employees and colleagues, as well as add projects, users, and process steps. This is where you have complete control to make sure your internal processes are as organized as possible.   Once you’re through the easy set-up, these processes will help you understand exactly where you and your business, process and sales pipes and events stand, and will help you clearly manage projects for contacts. These processes will help you manage and stay connected while you market into your connected market space. Say goodbye to confusing email clutter for good.

Registration Pages

CRM3® has a powerful system for capturing contact information from web pages. Generally, these are referred to as Lead Capture, Registration, or Feedback forms. Our general term of use is the last of these. The system has a minimal set of required fields, some optional fields, and a way to define dynamic fields for complete customization. Additionally, forms can be chained together across pages to produce questionnaires, etc.
